Dr. Tolbert practices in a private group practice in Greenville, South Carolina. He focuses his general dentistry practice on comprehensive treatment, smile design esthetics, cosmetic orthodontics, CAD/CAM digital dentistry, CBCT radiology, and surgical implant dentistry.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University in 2004. In 2008 he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from the University of Florida in 2009. This residency works closely with internationally renowned training programs, including The Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies and The Pankey Institute.
He has a passion for mentoring aspiring and new dentists in providing comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Tolbert is a adjunct faculty member of the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine where helps educate digital dentistry and clinical practice techniques to dental students.
Dr. Tolbert is also a adjunct faculty member of Clemson University department of Science. He helped found Biology 4890/4891Clinical Applications and Medical Practice course for academic credit offered by the University. This course helps Clemson students to receive hands on shadowing and mentoring directly with Clemson Alumni that are experts in all fields of medicine.
Dr. Tolbert is a member of Tigers on Call which helps provide healthcare and education to student-athletes through the department of Sports Medicine at Clemson University.
Dr. Tolbert is a member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association at the national, state, and local level. He is also a Fellow member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
