Anterior Fiber-Reinforced Composite Resin Bridge – Live Patient Demonstration
A variety of therapeutic modalities, from implants to conventional Maryland bridges, can be used for the replacement of a traumatically missing anterior tooth.
The reinforcement of composite resins by fibers improves their fracture toughness and resistance. Fiber-reinforced composite (FRC) bridges can be a good alternative to conventional prosthetic techniques. A new FRC material called GrandTec, which addresses tooth stability and replacement is demonstrated. This Live patient presentation demonstrates two restorative techniques; one for the restoration and the other for the creation of a fiber reinforced bridge for the replacement of an anterior tooth.
- how to replace anterior teeth with predictable adhesive procedures
- a step-by-step approach when using fiber reinforced composite bridges(FRC)
- how to properly construct, finish and polish a composite tooth replacement on a (FRC)
