Join Dr Takashi Nakaya to explore the future of in-house digital prosthetics. Learn how advanced 3D printing and Graphy's innovative materials streamline workflows for highly aesthetic, long-term restorations, including complex All-on-X cases.
In recent years, the growing demand for 3D printing has revolutionised routine clinical use, enabling clinics to transition toward comprehensive in-house production. This webinar, led by Dr. Takashi Nakaya, draws upon over years of extensive clinical experience to demonstrate the transformative role of 3D printing across various aspects of implant treatment and orthodontics.
Participants will explore the seamless integration of intra-oral scanners, CAD software and advanced 3D printers to fabricate a wide range of appliances, including highly accurate 3D models, COPA splints, surgical guides and direct 3D-printed Shape Memory Aligners. Dr Nakaya will place a special emphasis on the management of edentulous and near-edentulous cases—such as all-on-4, all-on-5 and all-on-6—highlighting how 3D-printed provisional restorations are invaluable for improving occlusion, jaw position and overall aesthetics.
The session will also cover essential finishing workflows, discussing how specific staining and glazing techniques can elevate the aesthetic quality of 3D-printed restorations to the highest level. Attendees will gain practical insights into establishing an efficient in-house system that ensures flexible design, high precision, reproducibility and significantly reduced laboratory costs.
