New devices as intra- and extra-oral scanners, CBCT scanners, CAD/CAM software and innovative fabrication procedures such as 3D printing and computerised milling machines have totally changed the way we make the diagnosis, plan, communicate and treat our patients.
Recently the introduction of the artificial intelligence represents a further aid toward the full digital processes in daily practice.
All these devices are absolutely indispensable when we have to deal with the aesthetic zone as they can perfectly reproduce a virtual replica of the patient allowing a correct diagnosis and a precise treatment planning.
A learning curve is anyway mandatory for a correct use of these extraordinary new technologies.
Trough the presentation of different clinical conditions, the lecturers will show to the audience benefits and limits of this new approach to the dental profession opening a window to the next future.
