Implant Placement in High Aesthetic Situations
The esthetic area should be treated with most of the procedures that we have today, in order to obtain stable results in the medium and long term.
The nowadays implants, along with the different techniques of hard and soft tissue grafts, give us high stability results.
The different graft systems will be reviewed in conjunction with the use of implants in cases of immediate loading and high aesthetic demand, in turn we will see the advantages that the use of guided surgery brings us and how we can deal with compromised cases combining analogic and digital work flow.
