1996. Dr. Ana Pucar graduated in School of Dental Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia. 2000. MSc in Periodontology and Oral Medicine, School of  Dentistry, University of Belgrade on the subject of Oral manifestation of the colorectal carcinoma chemotherapy. 2001. Clinical Specialization in Periodontology and Oral Medicine. 2000. PhD in Investigation of the presence of oral microflora microorganisms as risk factor for development of occlusive arterial disease. 2008.-2009. Visiting researcher at the Dept. of Oral Biology UCLA School of Dentistry. Since 2007.  has been a part of ITOP program both nationally and internationally. Received several prizes for a research papers presented at meetings. 2010. Dr. Pucar became an Associated Professor of Oral Medicine at the Dept. of Periodontology and Oral Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, University of Belgrade Since 2011. Dr. Pucar has been working as a teacher in the Dept. of. Dentistry, Medical Faculty of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina.  Published two student’s textbooks and several scientific papers. She is a member of European Association of Oral Medicine, Balkan Stomatological Society, European Federation of Periodontology, and Serbian Dental Association.
