Join this webinar and learn about the benefits of an in-house workflow, based on the TRIOS intraoral scanner and the TRIOS Design Studio software together with the Programill One milling unit from Ivoclar Vivadent. As the first world-wide user of this technology I want to share my experiences with you.
Simple indirect restorations like monolithic crowns, inlays or onlays can be produced with the help of modern digital technology in the dental clinic. In a lot of cases a single-step treatment with only one appointment is possible. 3Shape´s TRIOS Intraoral Scanner is combined with an easy to use design software (Trios Design Studio) and the smallest and most compact milling unit, the Programill One. The materials are on the one hand strong enough to ensure longevity and have on the other hand good esthetic properties to enable monolithic restorations.
The webinar covers an introduction of 3Shapes’ TRIOS scanner and TRIOS Design Studio as well as Ivoclar´s Programill One. Dr. Kurbad will talk you through the in-house workflow by demonstrating typical cases, clinical aspects of In-house restorations (Simple and fast preparation & cementation) and the post-processing of milled restorations (Polishing vs. Firing).
