In this module, Dr. Ratcliff discusses and demonstrates gathering the necessary diagnostic information required for treatment planning. After discussing the treatment plan with surgeon Dr. Jorge Ramirez, periodontal surgery is performed to improve esthetics and health.

Dr.Lee Ann Brady

Dr. Lee Brady is a bundle of energy and encouragement who positively impacts everyone she encounters. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1988. She was an associate in a capitation practice for five years in Gainesville, Florida, and was a part-time clinical instructor in the Santa Fe Community College Dental Hygiene program during this period. She then developed her own solo fee-for-service practice in Tucker, Georgia.

After six years, she took a two-year sabbatical to be home with her three children. She then returned to private practice as an associate in Jacksonville, Florida, and attended The Pankey Institute Continuum.

Since January 2005, she has been a resident clinical instructor at The Pankey Institute and developed a private practice at The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. Her passion for optimal oral health care and teaching have earned her high recognition as a speaker, educational facilitator, and clinical instructor. She was appointed to the position of Clinical Director of The Pankey Institute in March 2006.

She is passionate about solving complex cases, understanding the needs and concerns of her patients, facilitating the success of colleagues, and through her conversations and writing helping dentists find balance in their lives and learn from her failures and successes. She is as vibrant and compassionate in her personal life as she is in the classroom and operatory. Lee treasures her career, family life, and personal time.

 
Matt Roberts

Matt Roberts lectures globally, and he has worked with many of the leading clinicians in the country. He holds advanced level training classes for dentists and ceramists. He is one of 13 accredited ceramists in the American Academy of Cosmetic Density. He is founder of CMR Dental Laboratory. His goal is to redefine the working relationship between dentists, ceramists and specialists, to help elevate the quality of restorative treatment received by patients.

 
Dr.Steve Ratcliff

Dr. Steve Ratcliff attended Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, worked several years in hospital dentistry and with a large group practice, and in 1986 began his own private restorative practice in Cleveland, Ohio. After completing the postgraduate Continuum of The Pankey Institute in 1995, Dr. Ratcliff was invited to join the Visiting Faculty of the Institute.

From 1995-2001, he served as a valued Visiting Faculty member of The Pankey Institute. He holds a position as Clinical Instructor in the Department of General Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. In 2002, Dr. Ratcliff left his very successful implant-restorative practice to become full time Director of Academic Affairs of The Pankey Institute. Dr. Ratcliff is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Equilibration Society, and American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. He became a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1993. He has published in the Journal of the American Dental Association, The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology. He is a regular contributor to The Pankey Institute’s quarterly newsletter.

Dr. Ratcliff lectures nationally and internationally and works with study clubs on a variety of topics including clinical restorative dentistry, occlusion, complex case treatment planning, natural beauty and esthetics, and the behavioral aspects of dental practice. In addition to his teaching duties he accepts a limited number of patients in the faculty practice whose cases are germane to the Institute's curriculum.
