It’s a well known fact that mandibular premolars have some of the most complex root canal anatomy. Three canals in maxillary and mandibular premolars pose several challenges in their clinical management.

This presentation also outlines the current clinical techniques employed for the predictable treatment of this challenging clinical entity.
