In this presentation we will discuss some of the surprising dentally related issues so many of our patients have and never tell their dentist about. All too often the patient will work with their physician to try to manage a dental problem and see very little success!
Their dentist doesn’t ask and the problems seem like they couldn’t possibly be related to their mouth so they end up suffering for no reason… A number of those issues will be explored as well as a discussion of other life-changing things the dentist can do to help their patients.
The reality is that there is a staggering amount of dentistry that is not even diagnosed and allowing your patients the opportunity to decide for themselves what is important to them is critical to practice success. Helping the patient to see the bigger picture and understand how their whole health is related to issues that are all too often undiagnosed dental problems is also a huge part of creating a successful relationship with your patients and a successful future for your practice.
