The first half of this course covers the anatomy of a malpractice suit. The emphasis is on minimizing risks of malpractice suits and defending yourself if you are sued.

Course fee: $99.00

The second half covers testimony in depositions and trials both as a defendant and an expert including tips on how to excel as an expert witness.

  • What records are needed to protect myself while treating cosmetic and advanced restorative cases?
  • What are the basics and the differences while testifying as a defendant or as and expert witness?
