While Neuromuscular Dentistry (NMD) has been in existence for over 40 years there are still forces within the dental profession who continue to spread rumors and half-truths. Many of these people are simply uninformed and therefore speak out of ignorance.

While most of the experienced NMD practitioners and dental teams have no problem dispelling these myths, the dentists who more recently were introduced to Neuromuscular Dentistry don't always feel they have developed the tools to defend something they believe in their heart is true and the only way to practice dentistry.
This presentation will take a close look and ultimately dispel several of those negative myths directed towards NMD and the dentists who have successfully incorporated NMD into their practices.
