Conservative preparations and simplified restorations are the primary parameters of the successful practice. The evolution of minimal preparation concepts is complemented by newer generation Giomer filling materials, "super" flowable and hybrid,that are functionally and esthetically superior.

Of course, the precursor for every restorative procedure is a predictable 1-step 7th generation adhesive. Single step resin cements create the ideal interface between tooth structure, metal and ceramic while special additives target alumina and zirconia crowns and bridges.

Learning objectives:

  • 1-step development of occlusal anatomy with "super" flowables;
  • Predictable adhesion for all restorative procedures;
  • Single step resin cementation of all indirect restorations.

Nutrition is the single most influential element in all of health care and the most consistently absent item from nealy every doctors' diagnostic and treatment considerations. Caries are a dietary disease and periodontal disease is made worse by poor nutrition. These are the elements of every dentists' attention every day.

You should have me lecture to your members. I'm an expert in nutrition at the doctor level. Doctor-Level Nutrition is vastly different from the dietitian and nutritionist variety.

So often a dentist tells the patient you need $20,000 worth of dentistry, is paid the money and does a wonderful mechanical fix but never once asks how the damage happened. Hence, the same destructive processes will destroy the new dentistry.
My new oral examination determines the reasons for the destruction so teh dentist can address teh causative factors.

Periodontal disease is not a disease of just the mouth. And, of the 2 real causes of the disease, one is never addressed and the other woefully poorly. No wonder few people ever get better.

The Proof: The wild and exuberant acceptance and use of dental implants because the dentist knows the current periodontal therapy will fail.

My new treatment for periodontal disease attacks the 2 causes and either eliminates them or reduces them to insignificance.

And, without its etiologic factors, a disease can neither sustain nor materialize.
