In this program, we will cover the principles of treating infection and cover many common infections that may present as an emergency in a dental office.

Oral infections can be odontogenic in nature or periodontal. If not treated properly and promptly, oral infections may become life threatening situations. Of primary concern is the prevention and management of advanced infection.
