This course walks though aspects of wastes from dental offices. A review of the proper management of wastes and how to minimize the legal liabilities associated with hazardous wastes.

Review the current New York Department of Environmental Conservations regulation and requirements and Best Management Practices. The legal obligations and possible liabilities associated with the regulation. Amalgam separators and the management of the waste collected by these devises. A review of OSHO requirements and the detail. Is all this necessary for the dental industry, what is the environmental impact of the proper management of wastes.
