Lateral Lesion Management
Endodontics

Lateral portal of exits could be related with lateral lesions. The diagnosis and management of such lesions could be really challenging. It was the first time that i encountered purulent drainage through a lateral portal of exit. The result of this case management was beyond our expectations. Lateral canal? Strip mesial perforation? Perforating resorption? The diagnosis is up to you. The final result is rewarding. I hope you will enjoy this new video.
Special thanks to dr. Tasos Chalas (OS) for providing me with the nice surgical photos of the case.
